Daniel Leeson is a 30-year veteran of the IBM Corporation, a professional performing musician for much of his life, one of the editors of the Neue Mozart Ausgabe 120 volumes of Mozart’ss music, and, following retirement from his business career, a teacher of college-level mathematics.

What did the Fellowship or Laureate mean to you at the time you received it?
I was proud to have been selected by the Fellowship committee, and I include that honor in my curriculum vitae.
What do you do now? Has your art evolved or changed?

What is one piece of advice you would give to an emerging artist?
Don't give up when your early stuff doesn't make it.
